Looks good but only yo’s
This yo-yo doesn’t have the string attached which makes it faffy. There is no smooth movement and once it’s gone down it doesn’t really come back up. I don’t know if it’s because of the way we had to attach the string but the yo-yo leans to one side

I tried to tell the seller that the yo yo had a problem but they insisted it was my daughter using it incorrectly. The string slips down the side of the bearing every time so the yo yo doesn't spin at the bottom it just retracts wonky. I've tried everything and set it up as per the instructions. Disappointing Christmas present.
