I have not used this on professional gelled polish nails but on other nail varnish its great. It is also an essential household product as it removes sticky label residue from anything.

Brilliant
Gets acrylic sets off quicker than my old acetone. Look for a high % acetone

It's the right acetone I needed.
I like it as it clean and quickly dissolves nail varnish. I used it in my salon for manicures and pedicures. I will recommend this product to family and friends.

does what I bough it for - getting biro ink out of clothing
Not a good vintage - I've had better.

Not useful
This acetone did not remove the gel varnish I purchased it for, it stripped the varnish off my table within 5 seconds of a small accidental spill but didn't touch the gel polish

I then use a very fine file to smooth my nails and they look good ...
This is exactly what I was looking for. I had read reviews about some acetone products causing chemical burns to some people but I would say these are most likely allergic reactions or the buyer not using the product correctly. I would advise people to ALWAYS do a patch test with a new product.I had no problems with this product, it worked just as well as the previous acetone products I had used before.I always buff off the top layer of my gel using a course nail file, then soak half a cotton pad in acetone, place it on my nail then wrap it in tin foil. I leave it on for about 20 minutes then using a nail tool, I scrape the remaining gel off my nails. I then use a very fine file to smooth my nails and they look good as new!

Soak each piece in acetone and place one over each nail then wrap tip of finger with foil. Leave for 15 mins then polish will have started to lift, need to then scrape off using wood sticks or your own nails. Do one complete hand before starting the other. Hope that helps.
