some advices before use
Preparation before use!1. Rinse the pan with hot water and liquid soap.Dry it.2. Place the pan on top of the hot plate. Cover well the bottom with rock salt. Strip up for 10-15 min. The salt could change its color as the cast iron pores expand and the salt absorbs the lubricant. Rinse the pan with hot water and liquid soap. Dry it.3. Place the pan on top of the hot plate and put some vegetable oil on it. Smear the bottom of the pan with the oil and heat for 5-10 min. Rinse the pan with hot water and liquid soap. Dry it.4. Repeat p.3 three times.5. Enjoy! :)..to avoid rust just wash up the pan after use and dry it.

Well, I have an induction stovetop.According to me not useful for cooking omelette or any eggs speciality. Better for cooking any kind of meat.Very good for naan, pizza in the oven.

Ideal para cierto tipo de platos
Quería una sartén para cierto tipo de preparaciones, en concreto tarta tatin y quiches. Este materia permite una cocción más uniforme, y el calor especifico y la masa (pesa casi 2.5 kgs) contribuyen a mantener la temperatura estable.El único inconveniente es que esta misma masa puede hacer que algunas personas no la manejen con comodidad, esto no es un defecto, sino una característica (no podría mantener esa estabilidad en la temperatura si no tuviese esta masa)

Cast iron frying pan/skillet
After seasoning the frying pan, the pan is used at least twice a week for frying bacon and eggs for breakfast, great for fried bread too

Low quality rusty pan....
So far this years worst purchase.... Its has rust on the surface and no amount of or cleaning will remove it. I have another brand and that's free of these issues so I don't think its the way i'm using it
