Easy fix
Great produc!! I ordered 2 and had to purchase another one to do my bathroom. Its not an easy and quick fix to change the color, but when it us done it looks great. I ordered the gray to cover the tan. I learned that if you apply the pen and wait 5 minutes the gtout us completely dry, so when you clean up the paint from the tile itself the color has dried and stays in the grout lines and does not wipe out.

Best One I have Found For Kitchen Tile Counters - Vintage Kitchen Style
Nice finish, easy to work with, clean look, less mess, precise pens, wide and slim. Does not run out fast, does not require constant pumping to get it to cover. Easy to use, not messy at all. I use it on large, white tiles that get a lot of wiping off and cleaning up daily. Is not wearing it out. All the things I said are my experiences with other brands that did not work or wore out when wet a couple times, that looked a bit dull. Great product, nice color choices too.

AMAZING, VERY GOOD PRODUCT TO MAKE FLOORS LOOKS NEW AGAIN
This product is amazing, my kitchen and bathroom floors over time were look old due to grout's color changed from light color to dark, after applied this product over the previous grouts with a light color such as light grey, it gave me the new and clean look again, imagine if I had to hired the floor labor in tradition way to remove and reapplied a new grout, it may cost money and time consuming for sure but this pen did an amazing job in easy way and faster compared to the traditional, more than that anyone can do it, like me an old lady with very limited strength, I never imagined that I can renew my floor myself without this product, yes I suppose to give this product 5 stars with all the features I have listed above but there is some flaws, a- not easy to clean as described, once the color settled/dried out , it's very hard to remove the excess color with water, b-the capacity length use in package may be shorter, as I had all around 40 meters medium length grout, I have used 1 large and 1 small pen with 1 layer, the two pens almost empty if not there is a little in there, therefore I remove 1 star, if you prefer more layer expect to buy more quantity

my 2nd order was great
Original review: This grout pen is easy to use, not at all messy, and the light grey color was right for my needs. However, it is supposed to be good for "up to" 60 meters of grout lines. It dried up so soon that I only got 5 or 6 meters done. I thought this would be a 2-pen job for about $20, but now I have to order a bunch more pens so it might cost me close to $200! This is too much money! I just bought one pen to test and was only expecting to buy one more. When I shook the pen as directed it made noises like something hard was in there. I don't know if it is supposed to sound like that or if that noise was an indication that it was almost dried up before I even started using it.**** UPDATE ****: After reading my bad review they credited me for my purchase. I still needed to order more of the same color to finish the job I had already started. The product in my second order worked well. I am happy with the results and with the way the company stands behind their product.

HIGH HOPES UNTIL I TRIED TO DO A WHOLE ROOM.
(I'm amending my original 1-star review.) One of the pictures shows the intersection between grubby grout and the painted grout. The 2nd picture shows more of the painted grout. In natural light, the tile and the grout are nearly identical in color and depth. The grout paint is the Light Gray. The tile is a light blue color with variations that are sort of like very thin clouds drifting across the tile. If I could buy a jug of the Light Gray grout paint to use with a small brush, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The color looks great with the tile and I suspect that touch-ups would be a breeze. Alas, that is not to be.This would be great if you need to touch up unsanded grout between smooth tiles. My floor grout is very rough and the floor tile has a slight pebbly surface to keep it from being slippery. The combination of those rough surfaces basically shredded the felt tip, which is like a marker tip. It also made it challenging to wipe off the excess with a damp cloth. The excess was more and more problematic as the felt tip became fuzzier and less accurate.I decided to start in the laundry room, where mistakes would be seen by just by me . I sampled it on a few lines and let it dry overnight. Then ran my floor scrubber machine with an ammonia-based cleaner. I was happy (and surprised) that the paint held up just fine. (I've since learned that ph neutral cleaner would/will be much better for grout!)But when I went to do the entire laundry room, I quickly realized that the tip was getting fuzzy, which meant that paint was dragging onto the adjacent tile. It also took considerable pressure to get the paint to flow, despite shaking it frequently. Because the tile is rough, wiping off the excess with a damp cloth was a real pita. (I'd already checked and the replacement tips for the wide markers are not in stock, though the company said they expect them to be in within a few weeks.)Reaching the company just to find out if they *make* the replacement tips was a big nuisance. Their contact info is not on the product page. Contacting them through my Amazon account required several steps and then waiting for them to reply to my email.Overall, I would've loved the product if it came in a bottle and could be applied with a brush. There are other products that use that technique, and I found one from This Old Grout where they will match the original grout color. (I ordered a small bottle to make sure it's going to work. It requires more prep work than the marker, but I expect it to be a lot easier to apply and get good coverage.)As I started to say, though, for small areas where the marker tip will survive, this product would be fine. Too bad I'm going to have to prep and cover it with the final grout colorant!
