They do have functional batteries to send
Ever since my battery died, I had purchased 5 different batteries from different vendors. This is the finally working one.In fact, the first battery they sent died on arrival too but there is an option for a replacement and i tried. The second one is working.It was quite frustrating that most of the batteries on the market would not work but this one at least they are willing to send a replacement and it also finally worked.This also happened to the cheapest option I could find. Not sure how long it will last and I am happy to come back to report that.A side note, the screwdriver they included is way too big for the instrument.
