Just learned about these from a doctor. Ordered for my great grand children.

I'm so glad such a thing exists. Now I have some peace of mind that if God forbid anything were to happen the EMT will have all the info they need. But it was pretty hard to stick to the carseat. The tape isn't strong enough for the carseat fabric but it is holding up so far so I hope it doesn't fall off.

ER nurse, daddy is a LEO, we love this! Put it on each side of the car seat for best chance of emergency officials seeing it! Wish it had a space for address, medical history, but for the price and quality/quantity, I am very pleased!! Will be buying more in the future for future little ones!

The sticker is definitely sticky enough to stay put and it has a place for all of the appropriate info. The problems are first that the sharpie pen I used rubbed off even after leaving it alone for a day to dry. The area that’s not glossy and meant for writing is so tiny it’s impossible to fit everything within that strip. The other big issue I had was finding a spot to actual put the sticker so as to be visible, fit in the space and not cover up important stickers on the seat. This is a great concept but it would be better if it worked more like a luggage tag than a sticker.

Perfect. Fits perfectly on my kids car seats and a great size for writing info. I wish there was an extra line or two for notes (my older son has a lung condition). But other than that it’s great.

Convenient easy access to information for emergencies.I do wish it had a way to identify the primary driver for the vehicle. IE this is dads car so call mom first.Note that is more for the car seat than the sticker- my oldest’s seat has fabric basically everywhere, so there was no plastic to put the sticker on. The sticker doesn’t stay well on the fabric. Hopefully we’ll enough for an emergency or accident but not confident in that.

Really like this. Gave the extra to friends that also have kids and they like it.

The tags were just as the pictures. We were unable to use a Sharpie to write on the tag, but a normal pen worked. If you looked closely at the tag, it looks like they put a white strip over the tag on the lines to write on (almost like a white out spot). This is where you needed to keep your writing in order for it not to smear.

I think all carseats should have these. Fab, written on with a sharpie and stuck strongly to the car seat
