Love them very comfortable

I was fighting with my self for the past year to get a pair of Toms. I wish I bought them a year ago:)These shoes are great! I will be wearing them a lot, and will probably buy another pair. Yeah some of my friends gave me a hard time when they saw me wearing them, but F them, and actually I managed to get one of my pals who made fun of my Toms to get a pair and he loves them to now. These shoes are really comfortable and I think they look good and so do the girls to actually, haha. They fit me perfectly but they were a little narrow out of the box, but they stretched out and now they feel like Im wearing nothing at all. Get them and don't wait a year like I did, you wont be disappointed.

I'll split this up so that you can find the info you might be looking for in this review.Why buy these?:I bought my first pair of toms almost two years ago. They were the ash grey, and I loved them. Over that time they've seen better days, now faded, on a new pair of soles, but still holding up extremely well. I decided to get a new pair, and since they've come I've been breaking them in a lot. I'm also a very keen barefoot person, and last year I did "One Day Without Shoes," an event dedicated to spread awareness about children who go without shoes everyday, in conditions much worse than ours.Quality and story:The shoes are a fantastically simple, minimal and stylish shoe. The soles hold up relatively well, but a wash every now and then will keep the smell down. If the soles eventually get too bad to fix (like my old pair), they come out easily, and there are many options for substitute leather insoles, or even a normal insole. Sure there are knock off brands, but the quality is unmatched, as well the back story, because for each pair of Toms that is bought, a pair is sent to a child who doesn't have a pair of shoes of their own. So if the cost of them is putting you off, just know that you're also paying for another child to get shoes of their own.Bottom line; an essential for any style-oriented individual.

I was super skeptical about buying these shoes, (honestly, I thought they looked really gay) but I read the book Start Something That Matters by blake Mycoskie (the guy that founded TOMS) and really respected him as an entrepreneur. So I decided to get a pair and see how they worked out.They're not good for rainy weather, but they are comfortable and so lightweight that you could almost forget that they're there. They are pretty snug-fitting, especially if you try to wear them with socks, but people tell me that they stretch out a bit as you wear them.Overall, if you're thinking about getting a pair: do it. They're pretty cheap, especially here on Amazon, and they work pretty well as long as you don't live in the rainforest.

These are the perfect type of shoe for the summer and I'm so glad that I bought them. I was hesitant at first from the mixed reviews here on Amazon but I've had no issues with fitment or quality. I've had these for a couple of months and I've worn them every time I've gone out to the grocery store, on dog walks, and to a couple of pool parties and they show no signs of wear. I bought the ash grey and the color matches the picture 100% (even though I think it is more like a brown than grey but whatever). I don't wear socks or anything when I wear these and they fit perfectly.The only issue that I've noticed so far is that these shoes lack any type of grip. If you are walking on a tile floor (or even on very smooth pavements!) be careful. I haven't slipped yet but sometimes it feels like I'm about to when walking on smooth surfaces.

I always thought about buying Toms. Now I know why I instinctively stayed away from these shoes. I read the bad reviews and decided to buy them anyway. Well I'm glad Amazon has an amazing return process because these shoes are terrible.Reasons why I think these shoes are terrible:1. You need to have some freakishly narrow feet in order for these shoes to fit comfortably.2. The price3. The quality of the shoes does not match the price at all. These shoes feel like they'll fall apart after a month of wearing them.Reasons why I ended up buying these shoes:1. The whole "you buy a pair and we'll donate a pair" which I'm starting to find hard to believe at this point.2. The style of these shoes (I mean they look great but looks are deceiving)3. Amazon Prime with free returnsI just can't recommend these shoes to anyone. Straight out of box they just feel crappy and have very narrow tips which hurt your feet unless you have weird narrow feet.

My last pair only lasted 5 or so months. However, I used them like crazy. Even while doing yard work. To replace, I went ahead and bought two pair. I expect them to last a lot longer, but I jumped on the chance to get them at a good price just so when I destroy them, I'll have to replacements.These are among the lightest shoes I have ever had. Very tiny and work very well as additional shoes to throw in a bag. So, great commuter shoes if you bike and have special bike shoes.I have never had the other colors. The black keeps as well as can be expected. Basically, if you don't abuse them, they seem to keep the color well enough. They do stretch a little bit on wear. So expect them to be somewhat tight when you first try them on.

comfy and a perfect fit

Mag den Schuh sehr gerne, er trägt sich gut, ist bequem, sommerllich und sehr leicht. Nutze ihn allerdings als Damenschuh :) Gr.37,5 passt bei mir perfekt (Fußlänge 23,7cm)

Went my husband. Took longer than usual to come. Found a pair at Costco. Ladies size. Cheaper than Amazon. Identical shoe.
