I simply use the noodles (after the prep) and add Swanson's Thai Ginger chicken broth. Sometimes, I saute some onions and mushrooms in olive oil first and add that as well. I have also made macaroni and cheese. Tried the fettucini with some pesto sauce and that was awesome. It is definitely not pasta in taste or texture, but it works fine. Works best in Asian foods where you are already used to a clear noodle, but very versatile.
