3/4 isn't good enough!
I am reviewing the Hisonde XML T6 S3000 Lumens Tactical LED Waterproof Flashlight. I ordered the 4 pack. I used 3 brand new Rayovac high energy AAA alkaline batteries in each with the provided cradle but you can use a single lithium-ion 18650 battery if you prefer (no batteries were included). Batteries are installed/removed by twisting the end off. They came on time, in new condition, in a single box and each was in it's own bubblewrap sleeve.Included was a basic user manual and a small wrist strap for each flashlight that you can easily attach. Each flashlight is 5.25" long by 1.25" wide (5.5" long when extended). First impression is that they are smaller than what I imagined but seem well made and sturdy with decent weight to them, not like a typical cheap flashlight especially considering these were made in China.Three of the 4 are very bright and are rather impressive for how small and inexpensive these little flashlights are but the 4th is dull even for a cheap, China made flashlight and the zoom function doesn't match the others. While zoomed in all the way, the 4th flashlight's grid is noticeably bigger & blurry and gives a yellowish hue while the others are tighter and white. I tried adjusting the batteries with no change in light quality or spread. The other 3 do have a bit of difference between each other but not much. To zoom in, simply pull the ends away from each other and push them back together to zoom out (turning/twisting makes no difference). The functions work the same in all 4 flashlights. You can switch between the 5 functions (High/Med/Low/Strobe/SOS) by barely depressing the on/off switch. When turning the light on, it starts back on the high function, it does not come on with the same function as when it was shut off.I did not test the waterproof claim and I haven't had them long enough or used them often enough to comment on durability or longevity.Though 3 of the 4 are decent little flashlights, I must say I am very disappointed. I ordered this 4 pack so I could give 3 as small gifts and have 1 for myself. There is no way I would give the dull one as a gift so I'm stuck with it and if I want a bright light for myself I will have to spend more time and money ordering a new one (a different brand because this product has already proven to be iffy). If the 4th flashlight functioned as well as the other 3, I would have rated this product as 5 stars, I would be highly satisfied and I would recommend it. I don't know if it's a fluke or it's standard for this company's products but when a quarter of the product is faulty...that's a fail in my book. If you choose to purchase these flashlights, either singly or in a pack, hopefully you won't end up with the "4th".The light comparison pic is with of 1 of the good ones (left) and the "4th" (right). They were held in the same hand, approximately 6' from the wall, inside my house. It was daytime but there was a dark overcast as it had been storming, I had a television and a light on across the room.*I received ZERO compensation for this review and will update if the company makes this right by replacing the faulty flashlight or if I have more problems with the flashlights*

but these are the best. I got several more of these to give ...
These are as bright as the 3000 Lumens claimed. I work for Amazon Robotics Maintenance where these flashlights take a real workout and an occasional fall to the concrete floor and keep on working. I have bought other similar tactical flashlights, but these are the best. I got several more of these to give to my coworkers.

Don't buy the Hisonde lights! They're either cheaper specs or a design knock-off!
Long story short, spend $4 more and buy the Decaker brand and not the Hisonde. I purchased a 4pk of Hisonde and 4pk of Decaker flashlights. Based on the design, markings and owners manuals, most of these types of lights appear to all come out of the same facility (see pics) but the Hisonde either has cheaper specs or is a knock-off. 1. Decaker had tigher beam and brighter beam with more range. The Hisonde physically doesn't extend as far as the Decaker and if you look at the lenses, the Hisonde has a different/no reflector.2. They both state they'll work with 3aaa batteries (both will) and a 18650 battery but only the Decaker comes with an extra plastic sleeve to keep the single larger battery centered in the tube. The 18650 will work in the Hisonde but will be very loose inside the tube which can't be good over time.I'd spend $4 more per 4pk and get the much superior Decaker light and am returning the cheaper or knock-off Hisonde 4pk!

Unreliable
TLDR: 1/4 survived a single power outage use case lasting 2 hours. They look great and were very bright when they worked, but totally unreliable.Bought 4 pack of these flashlights in case of emergency or power outage and tested each one when they arrived to make sure they worked. They were stored in a cabinet with no batteries until about a month later when a car hit a pole and killed power around 8pm for us and thousands of others. I thought to myself I made a good and well timed buy only but that soon turned to regret. I put batteries in each one and started setting them down in places where they could provide some amount of illumination in an otherwise pitch black house. After 10 minutes one turned off and we couldn't get it to come back on. I changed AAA batteries as well to the single battery that it was also rated for. It would not work again. 5 minutes later, 2 more were dead and could not be turned back on. That last remaining flash light remained on until power returned 2 hours later.

Very Bright - Solid Housing - But Burn though Batteries
These are great flashlights. The housing is heavy duty and the light is extremely bright. The only down side: they burn through even good battery's fast and, as you might expect, the light gets dimmer as battery's start to run down. I use a flashlight for maybe 1/2 hour a day, and have to change batteries about once a month if I want to keep a bright light. I've purchased rechargeable batteries to help cut down on the cost of batteries.

Blinking
Two of the five flashlights I bought blink. I tried cycling through the functions, thinking it might be the SOS mode or something, but it just flashes on and off and the SOS mode flashes erratically. I wonder if it isn't saying "sucker" in Morse. I tried different batteries from flashlights that work, but same result. They are bright, no doubt, but if they don't work, they aren't worth the low price. They are inexpensive enough to not even warrant sending them back. I wonder if that wasn't the plan.
