Don't have to avoid belts anymore
Sometime in my early 20's, I started getting this rash right below my belly button. Turns out I developed a nickel allergy, which sucked because I wasn't sure what could be done about that at the time. After trying the trick of putting on clear nail polish on my buckles a few times, I decided that wasn't a sustainable solution. I stumbled across Nickel Smart while looking for carbon fiber buckles, but after seeing the price difference, I was definitely willing to try just a nickel free metal buckle. I bought a brown and a black belt, and they work! No worries about an itchy rash anymore. The belts themselves look good too in my opinion. I won't BS anyone and say "I get compliments all the time", but on the flip side, no one has said my ass crack is as ugly as my belt is.

We have bought several handmade "higher end" belts from NoNickel so far. This one too of course with a Nickel free buckle. No itch, rash or burn, just a happy camper here! It’s really nice to not have to worry about the buckle anymore, and just shop for style and function!The Leather is AWESOME. I had no idea what “pull-up leather” was, and it is hard to describe. The belt arrived and looked wonderful, but the more I use it, the more the inner color comes out. Each bend, twist and scratch reveals more character. The inner color is lighter, the exterior color is darker, I don't know how they do it, but this leather is really cool.The belt is super comfortable too. Strong yet soft. Clearly I will get many years of enjoyment out of my new favorite NoNickel belt!Thanks NoNickel for your quality product.

Solid belt
I just retired my last brown leather belt after ten years of daily wear. I didn't think I was going to be able to find a reasonable replacement, but this might be it. It is simple and extremely well made. I've been wearing it almost every day for the last four months and it looks even better now than when I bought it. I will absolutely buy this again, hopefully when this one wears many years from now.

Not worth the money
The leather continously stretches, leaving it too stretched for my fiance to wear. He is allergic to nickle and this belt is truly nickle free... be prepared to punch extra holes to accommodate stretching.

High quality, great looking belt that goes with everything
Don't know why it took me 30+ years to look into alternatives to belts that caused me stomach rashes since I was a child. This is a high quality belt. Pricey (relative to what I've always paid for belts), but well worth it. High quality leather, beautiful rustic/distressed look. And I love that the belt is flexible and not so rigid to bend into belt loops.

Great product
My son is allergic to nickel and breaks out into a bad rash when he wears most belts. I found this nickel free belt buckle and belt on Amazon and it did the trick. He can wear it every day and it doesn’t affect his skin at all and he loves it!

Well made, great investment
Fantastic belt. My boyfriend has been through 3 belts that irritated him and this one has outlasted those on top of never bothering his skin. Well made and durable material. His regular notch has barely grown with daily use in the last 6 months. Highly recommend!
