Not happy with quality binned second one

Easy to construct and set up, this crystal tree really did start producing crystals within a couple of hours. By the following morning, the tree was in full bloom!However, this is not a very interactive set. Other sets I've used in the past have allowed my children to use felt to pens to add colour to the tree template to determine the colour of the crystals that formed.In addition, while the pictorial instructions were easy to follow, there was no scientific explanation of what the kit contained nor how the crystals were formed.

Good fun, quick to assemble and the crystals started growing within a few hours. Would do this first thing in the morning so you can watch it progress during the day as it’s pretty much complete within 12-24 hours.

I got these as stocking fillers end last yr.. we hadnt used them as of yet (got 2) but we decided to save for the summer and we did them yesterday and they worked so well .. within 2-3 hrs we had it growing and by morning it was covered .. what a treat little thing and was a great stocking filler

Very quick and simple. Would recommend to everyone. Looking forward to my daughter opening for Christmas and having fun.

Great Value for money!

I used this for a playdate for my 5 year old and her friends. Had the kids put together the "trunk" which is made out of cardboard and I poured the chemicals. Really fun and exactly as described. The tree grew to full size within 6 or 7 hours.
