They are freezer and microwave proof and hold quite a lot of food. However, they don't close perfectly and are definitely not airtight and they break so easily that you might as well buy a new pack every 3 weeks.

Great product but the lids can't be put in the dishwasher, I lost a few until I realized that. If you are small and want to use it for portion control, the compartments are too big so try to figure out how much you eat normally when filling the box.Liquids will travel freely between compartments and spill but if the sauce is thicker or is something like yogurt, it will not spill.

Good sturdy quality containers but they leak.

I ordered these in April 2017 and I am posting a feedback in August 2017. I took time to see how long these last and I am pleased to say the quality of the boxes are the same as they arrived. I have been using these for nearly five months now and I haven't found any faults or difficulties with it. I am a first time buyer of meal containers so I was nervous buying them because there are so many out there and reviews for many are 50/50. This one's reviews were good enough for me to risk my money on and it paid off. I certainly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a long lasting set of meal containers. I have been microwaving them for the last few months and they haven't declined in quality at all. Easy to keep clean and store. Really has helped me on my meal preparation and quantity control since I have been working on losing weight. This has really helped me to stick to my proportions because it's so easy to manage and maintain.

First time using it today for my curried lunch with the lid nicely closed, tied with an elastic band and wrap the whole bento box in a plastic bag before putting it in my office bag... and guess what: it leaked! Had to spend my early morning at the office cleaning my whole office bag for this. Do not buy unless you only eat dry food.

I use this meal prep set mainly for my strict diet, but it'd actually really useful for the kids picnic lunch and outings. Material is pretty sturdy and stores well in the fridge (haven't tested it in the freezer yet). Storage space is perfectly fine, but i guess that just depends on what you use it for - I mainly store dried fruit, nuts and vegetables. All in all does exactly what it says it does, a set of storage boxes suitable for reuse.

These are awful. Not a single lid was able to fit with a water tight seal. They warp the moment something even slightly warm in them. They have now gone in the bin as they clearly are not fit for purpose.
