They worked for me
I bought 72 of them total, Majority of them will decompress and be pretty much be ready for mounting within ~5 mins of breaking the air seal on their bag.- Yes, they do have a weird smell, but I didn't think it was bad enough to where I felt like I had to leave them outside or somewhere else to air out..-Some will be a little funky and compressed together in areas of the panel. I found putting a little bit of water in the area and carefully pulling the foam apart to separate it worked out well.Mounting:This is really dependent on what your setup goals are, I personally tried to use adhesive squares in an "X" pattern, of which, lasted only a few days for about 90% of them before falling off...-What worked for me as I've seen online, was using Dressmaker Pins then lightly tapping them into the wall with a hammer.-I've seen others talk about using cardboard/other material as a backboard to mount these on with spray adhesive.Whatever floats your boat.Personal Results:- I mainly bought these so I am less likely to disturb my household when talking with others online.- There was a slight echo if you clapped your hands in my room before these, It got rid of that. (If that's worth anything to you)- Other family members agreed it helped with noise coming from my monitor speakers not bleeding out of my room as much, and that I can watch Hulu/YouTube etc at a slightly louder level.Considering foam panels are basically the lowest tier of sound/acoustic dampening, I'd say these were a good purchase from my Non-Expert opinion. I do believe they could be a little cheaper or include more per purchase though

Looks Amazing!
I really like how these panels look compared to ones I have had in the past! These were easy to install. I tried using double-sided 3M squares first, but those did not want to stick to the foam. Turns out they were not designed to stick to foam so that was on me. I then used Scotch Super 77 spray adhesive to stick the panels to some cardboard and then used the 3M squares to stick the cardboard to the wall. Make sure you use an adhesive that says it will stick to foam! Very easy and quick to install. I am very happy with these panels!

Pretty ok
Doesn't block out as much sound from the outside as I would like but so far they are ok enough. I may just need to buy more to cover more area so it may just be my own fault. The foam rised instantly so there is no problem with deformed and squished panels.

Read This Review Before Buying
Here’s what you need to know!1. This will not make your room “soundproof.”2. These panels reduce acoustic reflection and tune a rooms acoustics to reduce high and some mid frequency reflection and make a live room more neutral.3. They are compressed and some panels need time to reshape. The easiest way to get those flattened pieces to bounce back is to soak them in warm water, wring out and set aside to dry.4. Give all the panels a 48 hr air out period to reduce the smell of the chemicals they use on these. It smells like paint and it’s harsh. The smell dissipates a lot after 24 hrs and gets much better as they have a chance to breathe.5. Mount panels onto backing board with double sided tape, lastly fixing the backing board to the wall with command strips or similar product. Glues and adhesives will not last long term, are very messy and smelly, and you will damage your walls.6. They will work for what they were designed for if you follow steps 1-5, and you’ll be happy with the results especially for the price.

33% OF PANELS WERE BAD. POOR QUALITY
I purchased 24 of these. They arrived vacuum packed in bundles of 6. Eight of the panels never regained their shape, even after wetting and drying. The others were OK. By okay, I mean just that. I have handled much denser foam panels before. These would be useful as dishwashing sponges, if you cut them, or maybe as packaging material, but not for their intended purpose. They'd be okay for the uninformed consumer. Not happy with purchase. If you buy these, don't expect quality and be prepared to discard 33% of them. For what I paid, it's not worth my time to make a trip to the UPS store to return them. Stay away from these and spend your money wisely. You get what you pay for.

They work as expected
- Sound Quality is good it has lowered echo and extra noises- They are not made to be sound proof only sound absorbent- Recommend to buy 3M adhesive spray if you want the sound panels to stick-They come in a box and they are compressed in bags (wait for the next day for them to be fully formed)

They smell
Packaged nicely, came on time, easy to install but they reeked for a LONG time. I saw the reviews saying they smell so I opened them in my car and let them set with the windows down for a whole month and I could still smell them. Don't get me wrong, it is bearable. But I have an exotic bird, who's room these are meant for and birds are highly sensitive and just about everything is toxic to them so I wasn't taking any chances. Because of the smell, they become musty in an environment with poor ventilation so I actually use these on the outside of the intended bedroom but they do still help cut back on noise

Hard to install, nothing sticks
The panels themselves are fine, maybe a little thin but the problems is that I can't get any adhesive to stick to the back of them making them very hard to install. I purchased some 3M adhesive squares made for panels like these but they keep falling off the panels and off the wall. I will have to nail them into place I guess. Not as easy as I had hoped.
