Nigao Japanese IDA Cyrstal System Hair Straightening Cream STRONG by Nigao Japan

This product fell short of the glory of five stars because mine did not come with English instruction (or instructions of any kind actually because I was prepared to struggle through some in Japanese but there were none.) There was a link to some instructions however they did not make sense. After a search around the internet I found the instructions and followed them. The product straightened my hair but it was still fluffy and dry.Anyway these are the instructions:Instructions:NIGAO JAPAN -S Hair Straight Cream can be used as followed:1. Step: Wash your hair with shampoo and wipe it dry with a towel2. Step: Healthy Hair: Apply Straightener Cream #1 (Silver tube) on hair and leave for 20-30 minutes. Weak Hair: Apply Straightener Cream #1 (Silver tube) on hair and leave for 20-30 minutes3. Step : Check your hair if it is flexible and ready4. Step: Wash hair with normal water (no shampoo) and towel dry it to 80 %.5. Step: Straighten your hair with a Straightening Iron6. Step: Apply neutralizer cream #2 (dark grey tube) and leave it on or 20 minutes7. Step: Rinse out with normal water8.Step: Apply Detoxify Boosted Mask on hair and leave it on for 20 minutes.9. Step: Rinse out with waterCAUTION:Avoid 3 days after treatment extreme heat and hair pullingDo not color hair 2 weeks before or after to avoid extreme hair damageThis system is used in professional hair salons and intended only or professional useDETOXIFY BOOSTED MASKAfter finishing the straighening treatment, put the Hair Mask (50ml) evenly on your hair and leave it for 5-10 minutes. Rinse out with water

There were 2 chemical tubes and 1 treatment sachet only in the box.No instructions, gloves etc.I visited to the website for the instruction as it doesnt enclose the instruction ( all written by thai and some Japanese but very very basic information about product, which means nothing)Even I went to the website, I still struggle to understand how to use it, the instruction is very vague so that I just guessed which tube I should use for the first step.In the instruction on the website, it describes "strong Formula': silver tube I", but actually it is a dark silver,and "strong Formula': dark grey tube II", but it is a light silver tube. So I didnt follow the colour of the tube, I just followed the number on the tube.Also even they use some Japanese on the box, but the Japanese is not really natural. It does not matter but I dont think it is made in Japan.(I expected some instruction in Japanese ( or English)as I am a Japanese...!)I would like to say the company, INSTRUCTION IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!One good thing about the product is the treatment mask for the final step was really good, I would like to buy it individually.

Regardless of all the bad comments I read, this product is really good (at least for my hair) it does smell but I wouldn’t expect it not to as it’s chemical.... it last around 3 months or more (depending on your hair growth) I love it. It’s the third time I used it and as always really good ..... it’s a shame they don’t sell it anymore

This product is amazing the only bad thing is no English instructions so u need to no what you are doing be for using it its 100% better than wella straight.... and the conditioner treatment is fabulous

Not recommended, this damaged my hair and removed my hair colour, my hair turned orange and it now has a thick and weird texture, only recommended if you know the product already, for me, this was a bad experiment.The only good thing is that there is enough product if you have long hair, in my case, I wish there wasn’t enough so it wouldn’t be as damaged as it is now.

Very smelly but actually worked on my hair lasted a few months we're as other products lasted a week and come out once I washed my hair will be buying again.
