The umbrella is pretty nice and larger than expected, which is good for coverage but not so great for a kid because it is harder to manage. It is also easy to open and close but the red soccer balls look more like stop signs. Still, does the trick.

Opens and closes as expected. The clear canopy allows the kid to better see and be aware of his or her surrounding. There's only so much you can talk about a kid's umbrella :) Oh, it's sized perfectly small for a child...

This is a pretty cool children’s sized soccer umbrella. It has a pretty neat holographic look that takes it up a notch compared to your regular umbrellas. It opens and closes with ease, and my children can do it themselves. The umbrella material itself is made of a vinyl which means it’s absolutely waterproof but also windproof and it can get blown inside out easily (like most umbrellas) because no air can go through it. My children have played with it and it has held up thus far. We have been able to use it several times now out at rainy soccer games and it has kept them dry. I ordered the green and it did not come with a whistle. Had it come with a whistle I would’ve removed it anyways because that is the last thing I want in my children’s possession. The umbrella is a bit on the pricey side for a child’s umbrella however, if this is the look you want it looks pretty sweet.

I took a chance ordering this for my soccer star grandson. He definitely thought the design was very cool and liked the hexagonal soccer balls and square prisms in the pattern. The navy blue accent parts are plastic and add to the style. The umbrella raises easily by pressing the button just above the handle. There are eight spokes which should help keep the umbrella from blowing inside out. The spokes seem sturdy enough although the overall feel the umbrella says "dollar store," not high end boutique. The kicker though is when the boy, who's 9, looked at me and said" boys don't use umbrellas, Nani. We just get wet."

This umbrella is nice and light and perfect for an elementary child. It opens and closes easily and isn't huge. It's also not very heavy, but feels pretty sturdy.

This umbrella is a perfect size for my 2, 5, and 6 year old. They all love it, and the quality is really nice.

This soccer umbrella is absolutely adorable! It looks just like a soccer ball! It is just the right size for a young kid and not too heavy for them to hold. I got this for my 10 year old niece who loves soccer. I think she is going to love it. Would recommend!!
