Plantronics Voyager 5220 Poly Bluetooth Headset Noise-Canceling Earpiece Mic & Amazon Alexa (Retail Packing)

This is my 3rd Pantronics earpiece. I bought a knock off a couple of years ago, and I'm so glad to be back with Plantronics! This is totally hands free dialing! which I missed terribly with the knockoff. Battery time is pretty good, but I don't leave it on for extended periods either. It took me a bit to figure out where the charging port is...lol! It's a little rubber piece (that is hard to see) on the end of it. Fits comfortably around my ear. (the knockoff did not). Just remember when purchasing these that when the batteries eventually wear out and there are no replacement batteries for them.

I owned this type of earpiece from Plantronics for years. Extremely reliable. It was misplaced and I decided to replace it. I purchased it in July 2023 and have not used it very often. Yesterday I turned the earbud part to put into my ear and a little piece of plastic broke off. There is a one year warranty, so I got in touch with hp and was told after submitting all my information that physical damage is not covered. Won't be purchasing again.

Needed a new one and had this brand before. Husband is a truck driver and this is a necessity.
