No difference in hair
UPDATEI used the whole packet and noticed no change. Won't bother with them again.I've been using these for almost 4 weeks now and haven't noticed any change in my hair at all. It's still coming out as much as it was.I just want to add - At the beginning of the year I took part in a clinical trial for some hair supplements and they were amazing, with in days I had no loss at all. The trial was three months andas soon as I stopped my hair started falling out again. I cannot be told what they were due to privacy reasons, so I am trying to find something similar and I know biotin was one of the ingredients. If I ever find out what they are I will update!
