The item itself it lovely, and smells wonderful.However I’ve very disappointed in its delivery and packaging.The lid did not seem to be on properly (and no seal?) and by the time I received it I’d lost about 1/4 of a bottle over the bubble wrap, and down the side of the bottle which I had to wipe down. This was for a gift and due to the current circumstances I was unable to buy a replacement/go to the shops to get the person something else instead so had to still give them this :-/ (it’s also a little strange as I also ordered the hand cream version too which didn’t come bubble wrapped however it didn’t leak... hmm)

Smells divine! Was apprehensive because of some comments but not disappointed. Very fresh. Someone commented: smells like a spa! Imagine Earl?/Lady Grey tea with extra citrus. If you like citrusy smells, I think you will like this as this is what I was after. Prefer to the Geranium/Orange one and also more nourishing than the Citrus lotion. This will be a repeat purchase for me.Delivery was a bit dodge. Great amazon packaging as such but arrived slightly unscrewed so there was a little leakage. Be careful, Amazon. This is glass and, because it can unscrew if knocked about, a box delivery probs preferable to a jiffy bag, to keep it in the position it was intended to be.

I love Neal’s Yard products so was very pleased to see them on Amazon Prime! This hand wash smells amazing!! Arrived on time and in minimal packaging but safely packaged. I’d read some reviews about this arrives with some of the contents leaked out but luckily this never happened! However it wasn’t screwed on particularly tightly so I was lucky! Very pleased with it. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely product but sadly arrived having leaked out on its journey to me. Very disappointing as this isn’t a cheap product so I think it reasonable to expect that it is packaged so as to ensure it’s safe delivery. Neals Yard, I would welcome your comment.

I bought the Neal Yard hand wash, lotion and hand sanitiser spray as a gift for a friend and they loved it. It smells lovely and is soothing on the skin. Even though Neal Yard products are pricey, they are worth every penny. You can’t compare it to a fragranced hand wash.

Product arrived leaking everywhere. On opening up the plastic outer wrapping at least a quarter of the hand wash had leaked all over the place. Messy and a waste of money.

After my friend introduced me to this I thought of buying mine but it felt very different. We compared the two together and they smell different and texture is runny. Not happy at all. But how can you argue when it’s packaged the same. £12 I will never het back.

I buy Neals hand wash as a treat. Originally discovered by accident as received as a gift but now my go to hand wash. Yes, it can be expensive but i love the small and as it is a very thick consistency, less is required per wash and so lasts a long time. At time of purchase, was considerably cheaper on amazon than the Supermarket.
