It has drastically reduced the knee and back pain that comes with a standing job and hard floors to a point where I can get through the long days fairly painlessly now. I bought them because I was suffering from Plantar Faciitis and impact on my heel was really painful.Firstly there are no instructions to tell you which is left and which is right, it should be obvious but it isnt (maybe that is just me).
