Great product except one side the words were printed upside down. Got kinda a laugh out of it though.

Can still see even without hot water in the cup.
Bought it as a gift for mother's day. You can still see the "I love you, Mom." False advertising. But still managed to bring a smile on my mom's face.

But GREAT gift!
Got this mug for my moms birthday, she absolutely lovea it. Only complaint is that the beverage of choice has to be really hot for it to change colors. Hopefully that’s just because it’s new. Time will tell. But GREAT gift!!

My mom loved the mug! She said it will be her go-to! You can see the image vaguely behind the black coating when the mug is cool so keep that in mind, but overall a great purchase!
