Anything with human milk is definitely a very valuable product for gut health. It works, but I would really like to know from where and how the oligosaccharides are sourced.

This has pre and pro-biotics and comes with a scooper. It mixes well and does not have much flavor which is good. It can dilute in water or smoothies.

Probiotics are one of those things where it's hard to really give a review of right away because it takes awhile for them to really work. I've given this a couple of weeks now and I can say that overall I do feel better. I've had 'tummy problems' for years and I periodically use products like this and they always seem to help, but in my experience, it does take a couple of weeks to a month to really start to feel the benefits.

Fine! No real observable health benefits observed yet, I can't quite tell the difference in this and any other soluble fiber powder supplement however the ingredients definitely look different! Maybe that's a good thing, I never really had an serious digestive issues (and don't usually take supplements for it) that I knew of in the first place so maybe these are inconclusive results 🤷‍♀️ I will definitely need more time with this product to sufficiently report backI am unfamiliar with the market for this particular item and thus cannot assess "value for product" sufficiently. First impressions, will update if I find further benefits or issues w/ more use in the future.

Definitely helped improve my stomach issues. Sometimes my stomach needs a reset and this has done wonders getting my gut on track again. Powder just scoops up and mixes well with water. No taste that is horrible and it doesn't upset my stomach.
