I appreciate the wood board on top for storing bags and other big items. The bottom 2 shelves are wide enough to put 3 small shoes per shelf. I’m not sure you can sit on top, but I wouldn’t sit on it as the supporting structure doesn’t seem to hold a person’s weight.

I received this quickly and it fits perfect in my space. Easy assembly with no hiccups, all tools and pieces wer included, so I didn't need to find any other tools. The rack seems sturdy to me and like it will last a while for my use. I am able to comfortably fit 3 women's shoes (size 7) on a rack and 2 men's shoes (size 10) on the other. I have been using this for about a month. Also, customer service was not required, but I did receive checkup emails from support about my purchase shipping, arrival and assembly questions, and a final email hoping everything was satisfactory. They also wished me a fantastically glorious day. I would recommend this product.

Firstly packaging was overkill massive box. It came with NO instructions. I’ve done do many self assembly’s that I didn’t need any but a customer like my son in law who doesn’t even know what a screw is would need them. Strange as one part only had a code letter on it that you find on all parts in most self assembly’s. The Allen key supplied us rubbish the metal is do soft that the edges go and it won’t hold in the bolt head. This is made worse by the holes in the bolts either not being deep enough and/or the Allen key having a flat bottom whereas the bottom of the Allen key hole is rounded as should be the end of the Allen key.Anyway , used one of my own better quality Allen keys. The pre drilled holes in the frame are too big this means the bolt can float around and be in a different position (towards the front or the back edge of the frame giving alignment and wobble issues. No adjustment on the feet so depending on your floor you may have to pack some legs to get it level. Some of the welds on the frame are rough and not smoothed down before painting. A couple of mine are quite sharp. Overall if it was $25-30 it would be about right but as it is it way overpriced.

This was perfect for my sons shoes and super easy to assemble.

The product came opened the bolts were spilling out. Nothing damaged, easily to assemble. Works and holds 6 shoes, 2 sliders folded into each other.
