bouncing gives more of a workout than you’d think. it is so fun while listening to podcasts or music. great quality & value! not the easiest to assemble but the included tool helps.

Great 1st rebounder
I’m anxious to see if the rebounding benefits are true but not ready to dish out alot of money till I know it is for me. This is a good quality and quiet. It is difficult to put together but I’m a 63 year old grandma with no special skill and I could do it by myself. The key to putting it together is to always balance opposite sides as you go. There are 2 tools. A wide one which is easier to grip and pull bungee the smaller tool fits the balls on the end. I pulled bungee around with large tool and then inserted the small tool in the bungee to pull the ball through. The key is to use both tools together and always place opposite bungies to keep it balanced.I did order the balance bar after having it for a week. It does work your balance and I don’t want to fall.

A little challenging to assemble, but doable
I have to admit, I did not read the directions for assembly too closely, so I did struggle a bit at first. Let me begin by saying I am a 64 year old woman with limited upper body strength and I assembled the trampoline alone. What you need to know is the supplied long handled tool is your friend. I have no idea what the smaller chubby tool does, so good luck on that one. Follow the instructions for getting the hoop assembled and the aliment of the first 6 bungies with each leg, then proceed alternating from one side to the opposite side one bungie at a time. I made the mistake of going in order from my starting position, then had to take it all apart when I realized it was too taunt on one end. You want to make sure you're keeping the platform centered as you go.I started with the assembly on the floor, but after the initial 6 legs were done I lifted it up on its edge and leaned it against the back of my recliner. It did take me about an hour to assemble. Like I said I'm not super strong, so I took quite a few breaks, but it's totally doable without help. The finished product seems very sturdy and worth the effort.

Big Pain to put together!
Once we finally got it together it's a great trampoline! The instructions leave out that you put together upside down for one, for two I am a woman, 118 lbs, 55 years old and am in shape and I could not put this together by myself even with the tools they give you. The first couple are really easy to attach but then they get extremely hard to put on. I had to have my son help me and between the two of us it took about 45 minutes and my son had to wear work gloves and the stupid tool to help attach broke. The women that said they put together by themselves must be weight lifters because I was definitely not strong enough to attach the bungees after the first 4.

Totally worth it! Read my assembly tips!
I've had this a week and absolutely love it! That's not a lot of time but I thought I'd share anyway. I can't say enough good things about this rebounder and I don't write a whole lot of reviews but wanted to share my tips on assembly. Here's all the info I can offer you at this point.I'll start off with the assembly since that's probably what you are wanting to know about first.1. You must absolutely wear gloves during assembly otherwise you will really hurt your hands and that's never worth it. I used my rubber coated garden gloves and they worked great.2. I am 150 lb decently in shape female and put this together myself. I highly recommend you assemble this upside down on carpet or mat. Assemble diagonally. I tried to stretch the bungees upright like the dude in the picture and there was no way that was going to happen.3. Instead, I laid this down on my workout matt upside down. I put my foot on the middle of the mat and my other foot on the edge of the frame. Make sure you let your foot up enough a couple of times before pulling the bungee fully so it has a bit more slack. Then hold tight with your feet. I used the pulling tool to get underneath the frame, wrap it around the outside of the frame and then around the plastic ball. Sometimes it took some a couple of tries to get it to grab fully. Just maneuver the ball a bit so the bungee will wrap it.4. Use your body to pull and do it swiftly until you get all of them attached.5. Don't forget to go back and attach the bungees wrapped around the legs. They need to be stretched the same as the rest.I worked up a sweat putting this together, not gonna lie, but it's completely doable and not hard once you get it going. Don't use your arm muscles because it won't work. Use your body leverage!!! I assembled this in about 45 minutes. Once I got it down to a science I was off and running.I'm 150 lbs female and I use this using bare feet for about 30 minutes each workout. In one 36 minute session this week I burned 382 calories. If I were on my bike trainer for the same amount of time, which I usually am, I would be fried and burn less calories (around 285 according to my garmin watch). However, I could have gone another 30 minutes on this rebounder easily. The bike... I would have been wiped. This rebounder is super sturdy and has just enough bounce. It's also super quiet. I feel so so so good when bouncing on this thing. I think it has already helped with my mood and I can tell it's tightened my stomach, and I'm already in decent shape but working on my tum.It came with an extra bungee which is awesome in case one breaks but to be honest I don't see that happening anytime soon. It seems really sturdy to me.Hope this was helpful! If there are any changes to my opinion on this rebounder I'll post an update.

So far so good
Seems well built and of good quality. I bought this particular brand because I can see that replacement parts are available on Amazon. Let’s hope that’s still the case if/when I need to replace the bungees or mesh surface. Some folks may need assistance to put this trampoline together. Assembling each bungee was challenging as mention in other reviews, but with the included tool, it was fine. It takes awhile to assemble but it’s worth it. Happy jumping

Great mini fitness trampoline
I am very happy with this fitness trampoline! Very good quality components, stitching very secure on mat, bungees are genuine quality rubber and thick. Even comes with a spare bungee. Very stable to use, and a good 'bounce', much better than from metal springs.I found it really easy to put together, and instructions were excellent. 2 different tools included, to attach bungees, so choose whichever one works for you. From opening box to finish took me an hour and for reference I am 60 years old and 60kg/125lbs. Most important is to follow the numbered diagram in the instructions re order to attach bungees. Follow this exactly and it keeps the tension even so you don't struggle to stretch bungees !Remember that the first 6 bungees are just looped over the leg 'stumps' to attach mat to frame, so these bungees are not stretched tight, but it sets the mat in position. THEN you use the tool to attach the other bungees. Thread a bungee through the loop in the mat and look at photos on how to use the tool. I found the bungees just slipped down the tool and over the ball of bungee to attach - no hard stretching or pulling. I stood trampoline on side against the couch and stood up, working at top of frame.I love using this trampoline and highly recommend

Great Product - Challenging to Assemble
I won't lie. It was a bit of a bitch to assemble with the bungee cords. Required a lot of effort and strength to pull them over. However now that its all done, love the product and was happy with how quickly it arrived. Would highly recommend, maybe just prepare yourself for the assembly process.

Buen producto
Muy buena compra, algo complicado de armar, pero entre dos personas es mucho más fácil.
