I loved this page holder and used it while riding a stationary bike or walking on a treadmill. It worked GREAT! Unfortunately, I lost it when I left it between the pages of a book I returned to the library. I've been looking to order another, but it's unavailable and may not return to Amazon. I miss having it and hope to find another.

When dining out alone, I like to take a book along. This holder allows me more free use of hands for eating, and the flatness works as a handy bookmark. Very sturdy metal.

I really wanted to like this simple, light contraption to hold a paperback open while I type notes from it, but it does not work well. I tried sliding it to one side as it suggests, depending on whether you're at the start or end of the book, but the clip looks like it's going to pop off. And you have to be careful turning the pages so you won't accidentally tear them while untucking and retucking them into the clip. I reverted back to using two plastic clothespins with rubberized grippers, and they work a lot better in clipping the pages open and have sufficient weight to keep the book open when laying flat. I'm keeping the clip in hopes of finding the right situation where it will do a good job.

Works pretty good. I use it on the bottom of the book and works better that the top. Then I can just hold the book instead of having to hold it open. Be careful, thin pages are easy to tear when your getting the hang of sliding pages under the bar-more personal use than product problem. It’s very smooth with no rough edges.

A little flimsier than I expected and would probably pay a little more next time for a sturdier one. That being said, it still fits my need.

This works very well on my current book paperback that measures 5 x 7 inches and 3/4 inches thick. It works even better on smaller paperbacks. I have arthritis in my hands and this makes reading books much more comfortable.

I tried this on several books. It held most of them ok, though sometimes not as flat as I would like. But, the other type of bookholder I tried has the same issue. This one has the most trouble with small thick paperbacks.

It works great keeping books open and is very sturdy. The color blue is really nice and is very flat so it can work like a book separator.I recommend this to everyone one that enjoys reading
