DC UNIVERSE HARLEY QUINN ARTFX+ STATUE

A truly high-class piece! Well sculpted and painted, the hammer is a separate piece and can be adjusted should you so please. The only niggle I have is with the foot peg and the base- you have to rotate the peg into the slot, simply pushing it in would probably end up breaking something!Other than the base, I'm very impressed with this statue!

An absolutely beautiful statue, got it as a gift for the girlfriend which she absolutely adores, but I’m gonna buy it for myself because it’s just brilliant to look at the detail is brilliant 👍🏻

I've wanted a 'classic' Harley for a while, and having already owned several of the ArtFX figures and looking to expand my smaller figure (7" or so) collection, I settled on this one, along with the matching Poison Ivy and Catwoman.I'll cut straight to why this is 4 stars and not 5: the peg in the foot and the hole in the base do not fit well at all. I had to open up the hole a fair bit with a rat tail file in order to get her to fit in it, and even then, it wasn't an easy fit. Additionally, the hole in the base is positioned very near one side, so she only really fills the base if you place her diagonally; this wouldn't be an issue except the matching Poison Ivy and Catwoman statues are made to stand straight-on, making Harley the odd-one-out. (Which may be fitting for her character, but is annoying when displaying the three together.) The solution which I've settled for is to simply line her up along the one edge, which makes her fit with the other two but does also leave a solid inch of blank base sticking out. If they'd only moved the hole in the base inwards by a centimetre or so, you'd have more options in terms of orientation and there would be less wasted space.Even so, the figure balances on the base just fine, and most importantly, is sculpted and painted extremely well. All the Kotobukiya ArtFX statues I've got have been faultless in this way, so this isn't much of a surprise. I'm not sure exactly what wizardry they use to manufacturer these figures but they've been extremely consistent for me, in a way no other figure or statue line has been; I inspect each one with a macro lens and have yet to find any manufacturing complaints with the figures themselves. (Bases do leave a little to be desired.) The use of both matte and gloss finishing is really well done, and I've got figures twice the size which have less fine detail. The pose isn't my favourite because it's a bit too 'posed', for lack of a better word, than Harley should be, and her expression is a little too straight forward for Harley as well, but you know this when you see the photos before buying it. She's not the modern hyper-whacky Harley, but it's a solid representation of traditional Harley, and executed flawlessly.

Really good quality sculpture let down by details in the sculpt. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist and I do know art anatomy but.. her legs are wrong. The gap is too wide and the legs are distorted and too long making the whole statue look really quite ugly. Like some kind of distorted alien - or a half woman half frog. Sad because her face and body are really quite good, otherwise it would be a five. The base is really quite nice too, dark, translucent, and high quality - unfortunately it also shows off the legs.Sculptor needs more sculpting lessons.

I don't collect these types of things but bought this and the catwoman together. The level of detail is really incredible. Great pose and expression. This is a top quality art piece, expertly crafted. Well worth the money

This is yet another great Kotobukiya statue. Mine had a little darker blue to the eyes than is shown in the stock photos (which made it look a little like the iris was bleeding out into the white of the eye), but otherwise it's perfect. The box it came in is awesome too, for those who like to display the statutes in their original see-through box packaging.The base is ... okay, but I honestly liked the magnetized bases more. This one keeps the figure secure, but as noted by other posters it's a little harder to mount the figure on the base (the hole for the foot pin is a little smaller than the pin itself). I actually found that twisting the figure clockwise while putting the foot pin into the hole worked much better than just trying to force it in. Hope that helps anyone else who buys this item.

Habe jetzt gut ein duzend Figuren von Kotobukiya und alle sind wunderschön gemacht.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen, bei dieser Figur, ist der nicht ganz passende Sockel. Diese Figur hat nicht wie die anderen DC Figuren einen Magneten im Fuß angebracht sondern wird mit einem Stift in den Sockel gesetzt. Dieser ist leider nicht ganz passgenau (die Figur steht 3mm über) und da der Sockel auch aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff besteht, ist das Aufbohren des Loches ein riskantes unterfangen.

Trop belle !! Perso je l'ai laissé dans ça boîte. Trop peur de l'abîmer. Les finitions sont juste parfaite. 😄
