I work long shifts in a warehouse. I wear steel toe shoes. I'm a pretty heavy guy and lift heavy packages all day. Before these, I would have such sore feet and muscle cramps that I wouldn't be able to walk after my shift.These inserts leave me with very little soreness when actively working and after sitting for maybe ten to thirty minutes there is no soreness at all. I am able to easily get back on my feet. I don't have to soak my feet after work anymore. The inserts fit and don't slide at all. They are a good price. I have very flat feet and can tell these are providing great arch support. They're not too thick but have a good padding at the heel. I will see how long these hold up but they seem durable from a few weeks use already.

This was a great replacement for the original insoles. It provides good support. I stand most of the day at work and while it’s not perfect, it helps with fatigue and pain.

I first ordered a set with a medium arch support by accident and it was not comfortable at all as I have flat feet. Contacted customer support and they were very willingly to help and set me a full credit to another pair that worked better for me. I’ve had them in my work boots for the last few weeks and they are comfortable for sure. I work 50+ hours a week so having sore feet really sucked.

I work in a refrigerated warehouse and I tried these my feet were damp and cold . Most of my insoles are perforated and these are not . I felt the transfer of the cold concrete floor to the bottom of my feet I just wanted to let people know so they don’t buy for the cold .they were a comfortable insole so I will transfer to my summer sneakers so I get some use out of them .i wear very high quality merino wool socks and the cold just transferred through.

I would highly recommend these, they are comfortable, and with the way the heel is mad they keep your feet pointed forward. I often have a problem of my feet trying to angle when I walk which is part of the reason for my foot pain. The padding is nice, the arches are high enough for support but not too high to cause my arch to ache.

I am updating my rating from 4 stars to 5. I purchased these at the beginning of the summer out of desperation in hopes that it would help me with my new summer job where I would be required to be standing and on my feet ALL day every day where I worked at an amusement park. I have plantar fasciitis, I am 40 yrs old, and slightly overweight. And I was DYING only 3 hours into my shifts. I would come home in SOOO much pain, and run dying to throw back some ibuprofen and stick my feet into some ice water and to put them up. I would be so cranky and miserable. I was SEARCHING for something that might help. I came across these and a few others, and decided to take a chance. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, and didnt have very high hopes. I am SOOOO glad that I got them! When I first put them in, I was a little scared. They didn't seem that soft, and the padding seemed a little stiff and to hit right where my plantar fasciitis was worse and where all of the sore spots were. It seemed to hit and coddle my feet in a way that kind of made me nervous. And they seemed to make my shoes feel a little tight. I cut them according to the guidelines and instructions, and it seemed to not fit quite right in my shoes, and I was a little nervous about them. WELL, they obviously knew what they were doing when they made these, because what ended up happening was that... those spots where the stiff padding hit just right, ended up messaging the spots exactly where they NEEDED it! And they ended up cushioning and supporting my feet JUST RIGHT! PERFECTLY! They settled into my shoes perfectly and after a few uses fit absolutely perfectly! Absolutely AMAZING. My feet ACTUALLY don't get tired during or after a long shift anymore! Truly a miracle! It actually got to the point where I looked forward to putting on my shoes and being able to wear them every day! I absolutely love them. And I am SO GLAD that I got them. If they don't seem quite right at first, give them a chance! You just may end up loving them. My plantar fasciitis has improved. And I don't come home in excruciating pain anymore. And I have worked long shifts nearly every day, all summer! I was able to make it all the way through my shifts each and every day! Thank you!!!!!!!!

These insoles, in my considerable experience, punch above their weight in price. They are noticeably semi-firm, which actually is better for your feet when walking on hard floors. Super soft insoles sell but don’t help and especially are noticed by those who need good orthotics. These insoles are also quite durable and I’ve gotten six months out of a pair. That is six months averaging forty hours a week on my feet 95% of the shifts. For $25 a $30 US that is worth more than the lower priced insoles you find in many stores in my opinion. If you’re ready to buy them just make sure you research what level of arch you actually need. Many people with medium arches, myself included, have been mislead to believe they need low arch or near flat insoles. We actually need medium arch insoles unless we want to burn through them in less than three months.

I’m a size 9 Red Wing work boot. This insole fit perfectly without having to trim it. Usually new insoles take some breaking in to do. So far these do not need breaking in and I’m on my feet for about 13 hours a shift.Super comfortable

Been using the insoles for about a month.They feel great on the feet.They can squeak if boots are not tight.

When I received the insole the size was smaller than the original insole contacted customer service got a voucher to order next size up within an hour. Extremely happy with the product as well after 2 days my foot pain has reduced quite a lot.

I have them in my work shoes, hiking boots and winter boots. My wife has them in her shoes as well. The are comfortable and seem to stand up well over time.
