Half of the pieces missing wheels scuffed and screws s uffed been used before sharp plastic too which was really unsafe still waiting for a refund too

Got this in blue for my sons 1st birthday. Was a bit fiddly to put together and instructions weren't very clear. But all in all it's a fab bike. Wheels ain't plastic. Everyone comments on how good it is. Music on it is very loud. Only downside is it don't fold up. Would recommend

This product arrives as if second hand and has multiple damaged parts including the safety harness! It is not fit for purpose! Totally unsafe to put a baby in!! No way of contacting the seller for refund! Will never use them again! 80 quid down the drain! And an upset one year old baby that can’t use her birthday gift due to it being unsafe

The trike itself is great but to say I bought it brand new its come sracthed & dirty

Firstly the packaging was very bad. Torn from all corners, box was damaged. Then once we opened it the instructions were not right at all, the screws were missing, scratches all over the metal frame, wasn’t packaged as a brand new item. Not impressed at all

All accessories were missing had to send back
