I was expecting 9mm drop in and they're thru hub, and I have screws mount and my front wheels are new. I think maybe one day I'll upgrade

Good enough for normal riding
They managed to last for 100+ jumps on a very heavy bike before breaking. These forks would be very sturdy on a normal bike, and would work fine for street riding and light off-road on an ebike.

Surprisingly sturdy feeling
I didn’t realize these weren’t air forks but I should have read better so that’s my fault. I should have known for the price. Which for what they are work really well. It changed the whole feel of my ebike. I feel more stable and cornering feels better. Reminds my of my motorcycle. Good bit of travel too. Have not bottomed out. So for a spring fork, hey not bad at all. I did mess up on the through axle too. Didn’t realize I would have to do some fiddling to get my 9mm to fit to these 20 mm through axle forks. Solid though!

Literal Pogo Stick; No Damping of Any Kind; Dangerous for Moutain Biking
I'll just say it, these are falsely advertised here. These are purely cosmetic spring forks. There is no "Hydraulic" damping, or any other kind of damping in these forks. There is a spring inside and a knob on the top of each leg that increases the spring preload. The adjustment is imperceptible because the spring rate is already very stiff and preloaded about 3". There is no shock oil inside these, nor any other damping elements to speak of. These are pretend forks, and you kid will get teased for it if you buy them. If you're an adult and buy them for yourself, the rebound will buck you off the first time you compress them. After I fell for it, I realized that these forks have been around for nearly a decade, simply sold under different Amazon descriptions. Once they get enough bad reviews, they relist them with a different title. I can claim ignorance here, but there is no way that sellers at this point are not aware that these are not shocks, do not provide damping, and should absolutely not be used on a mountain bike of any variety.

Don't abuse cheap forks & they wont break.
This fork, like most other cheap bike parts, is made overseas in high volume processes. Expecting these to hold up on kicker jumps and endlessly hopping curbs with 80lb. ebikes + 180lb rider is childish. Grow up. Ride normally on trails and roads without jumping these forks and they will last. If you want to prove charles darwin right, ride these super hard and see how tooth enamel feels agaist concrete. Again, grow up, stop whining because your cheap bike fork snapped after hitting the 50th curb of the day. You want quality, pony up. You want something that will last in normal conditions, these will do.
