No instructions included, no exercise guidance
So, it works, and I looked up some videos on YouTube, but most fitness accessories come with exercise guidance & suggestions, this has nothing. I'm also not sure exactly what the rubber toy is for. I see in the description what is suggested, but it doesn't come with any explanation either. What is it supposed to be? I'm still excited to use the spring exerciser, just be prepared to find ideas on your own.
