IMPORTANT INFORMATION - If the silicone cup feels too rigid, simply rinse it for a few seconds under hot water. - You will feel a pull on your skin and muscles as the cup is moved; which will feel quite uncomfortable. The pain is inevitable during the cupping, but it will resolve immediately when stopped. - There is a possibility of redness or bruising after the treatment, which may last from a few days to a week. - Clear suction cups allow you to see the color of the tissue through the cup to assist you with your determination of the amount of stagnation in the tissues. - Ensure plenty of moisturizing cream is used on the skin to allow smooth gliding of the silicone cups. Without proper skin lubrication, cup gliding will not be possible and very painful if performed on dry skin. - The cup may be glided longitudinally, transversely or in circular fashion with a gentle distracting force for 2-4 minutes. Brief pause or rest periods may be needed if you feel significantly discomfortable. - Use in shower for best results. Apply soap or body lotion on affected area. Squeeze cup for suction. Place on body part and begin gliding the cup over your skin. - To remove the cup, simply pull up on the edge and lift.
