Your pocket square is made from the spinnaker cloth from a classic 2-person sailing dinghy called a GP14. This particular design of GP14, made by Duffin Marine, was called 'Summer Wine' and the beautiful rose pink colour of the spinnaker suits the name perfectly! We don't know much more about this lovely spinnaker, other than it was made by Speed Sails and has been exposed to all that sailing in the classic GP14 dinghy has to offer. The spinnaker cloth has aged well in the fickle lake sailing winds to a lovely shade of rose pink with a green band where the sail numbers go, its in good quality for its age with only a few scuff marks and minor repairs.
