Too small and cloth is rough...but fancy color...

Caruso handkerchiefs are made in Pakistan for the Italian company. The embroidery and stitching is impeccable, they washed without any shrinkage and ironed (yes, this dinosaur irons hankies) without any puckering. The material is fairly soft and feels dood against my face.The colors are vibrant and the color catcher in the wash primarily caught the reds and bright pinks, the lint trap caught mostly blues. I would love an assortment of primary blues and greens (hint, hint Caruso) although the shaded colors are nice. I think these will hold up well to repeated washings. I’m currently looking at some of the other color collections to see if I can fit into my wardrobe.

The dyes all ran and the embroidery is poor quality for the price of the item. Not recomended

They do seem to be 100% cotton which is nice but it is not a soft cotton but rather quite stiff. I laundered them upon receipt which didn’t affect softness, hopefully they soften up after future launderings.The stitching at the edge of one piece began separating upon my initial wash and dry, so I don’t have high confidence that they will hold up for a long time.I am pleased with the colors and they do seem to be colorfast. The embroidery is cute.

These handkerchiefs are advertised as soft cotton. They're not soft at all. I thought washing them would soften them up, it didn't. I bought them because I have allergies in spring and summer with watery eyes. I wanted something soft to wipe my eyes with. Sadly my toilet paper is softer than these cotton handkerchiefs are. I can't send them back as I have washed them. What a total waste of money.
