I ordered these beads to give as a gift to a loved one. It is a very nice set in a great organizer case. I am thinking about ordering a set for myself.

I love the beads but the container as you can see in my photos came in broken and while I don't plan to keep them in there long I still feel like my order should come in tact. So when I tried to contact customer service to tell them to ship me a new flower shaped case they said I had to send back all the beads too to get a replacement. So now I have to print a return label and travel across town to send it back or pay 7.99 additional for them to pick it up at my address. When it would cost probably less than a dollar to just send a new empty flower shaped case. Wasting money time and resources! Good job Amazon on thinkng this one through! Again beads are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. The broken case is not.
