Helped put me in a good mood. Reminded me of something else which helped me enjoy it more.

I take 2-4 of these a day when I have them around. I use all sorts of other Kanna products, from crushed leaf and stem to strong powder extracts. This is stronger than Zembrin by a lot and more stimulating I’ve found. The black pepper extract makes all the difference in absorption. Good product I’ve bought like 3 bottles. Could go for a stronger version though.

There was a review that warned about Phthalates in this product, but the pictures and description show HPMC only, not HPMCP or the added word Phthalate. The actual label on the bottle I received does show the word Phthalate. This is very misleading because HPMC and HPMCP are two very different things. The latter is derived from the former with additional chemicals used to process, thus the dangerous Phthalate part is added.The ingredients are not clear and do not specify what the capsule is, so I'm not sure if this is inside the pill or not. I don't want this phthalate chemical in a supplement, especially if it is something I look to avoid in cookware and personal products as well.Will be asking for a refund on this, they need to update this listing.

Honestly didn’t figure this would do anything but I was wrong. Energy and clarity. Only bad thing is it does give me a headache. Not a bad one but I usually take something to kill the headache. But it definitely packs all day energy. It doesn’t calm me at all. Just energy and clarity. It’s hard to explain really. But this is one you can definitely feel first time. But the price is too high. 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if it was cheaper and didn’t give me a headache. And I don’t take 3 a day. I’ve taken two a day for the past two days and gotten the same effects both days. Takes awhile to kick in but once it does you’ll know. I wouldn’t advise taking it after lunch unless you want to be up half the night. If taken after lunch you better have something else to take to make you sleepy before bed. Some reviews on here say they felt nothing. I usually feel nothing from most supplements as well so this was a nice surprise.

It’s subtle but it’s doing something. I’ve been in a funk for a while and rather than start on an SSRI, I decided to give this a try. I take 1-2 pills a day, and I feel less anxious and more resilient. Or, rather, I can feel my anxiety when it comes on rather than being my anxiety and anxiously reactive.

They have upped their price almost double. Now I have to find a different brand, and I’ve been using them forever now. It does work decently for about 30-60 minutes though. Just not worth that price.

I have buyers remorse because this product contains phthalates in the inactive ingredients list. Do not buy this if you are health-conscious about endocrine, reproductive, and/or neurological health, because taking this product long-term can have a negative impact on your health, energy level, and well-being.... it may work short-term or intermittently, but it won't make you feel good in the long run. Consider alternatives.

I recently learned about this while researching legal psychoactives, bought a bottle on Amazon and I'm a believer. I am a 56 yo male with ADHD that went undiagnosed most of my life and this stuff has really helped bring a balance to my mood. I'm not sure how it can elevate my mood while relaxing me at the same time, but it does. I am much more productive at home and at work and this also seems to enhance my endurance. I am an ultrarunner and my workouts are not as taxing since I started taking this.
