My husband got a fragrance "dupe" online by some other brand which we absolutely loved. We even loved it more than the actual TF Oud Wood scent itself. When that ran out I decided to get my husband this scent as a replacement but it felt risky because I don't think you can return this item. I read reviews and took a chance and OH MY GOODNESS this is a wonderful scent. It is very very very similar to TFOW! I have to say I might like it better than the actual TF scent. And the price is so much more reasonable. It came in a nice box perfect for gifting, and the glass bottle is nice, too. It is a bit heavy which I like, and has a really nice even spray. Do not hesitate to buy this! It is so great! I almost want it for myself but I think it is too masculine for a woman. Just my opinion.

To begin, I don’t usually leave commentary for purchases but this deserves a VERY special shout-out!!! This year I started to run out of my favorite fragrance and signature scent - Atelier Cologne Vanille Insensée. Only now did I find out that they have completely pulled out of the US and no longer ship here. Since then I’ve been trying to look for remaining bottles from reputable sellers. Usually, they are expensive/overpriced or from slightly sketch websites. I even purchased a resold bottle from REDDIT. SMH.I’ve gone on various forums for resellers, searched YouTube videos and looked for dupes. The dupe or perfume that was recommended by most people was Eau Duelle Eau de Parfum by Diptyque. Almost three times the cost of Atelier. Vanille Insensée was my every day fragrance. Something I enjoyed smelling like and would have difficulty ONLY using on “special occasions”.I even messaged the company on Instagram! They finally got back to me and officially said that the scent has been discontinued and I was heartbroken. I went on fragrantica to find the base, middle and top notes of the perfume then tried making my own. BAD IDEA. It smelled weird and I gave myself a rash.I’m not sure how I didn’t find this sooner or if this was just released but I searched Amazon for a true vanilla perfume and this came up. I couldn’t believe it!!! I purchased a bottle right away and when it arrived, I noticed how lovely the packaging was and though it is simple, it is still special. I first smelled my OG remaining bottle and then sprayed this CA perfume version… EXACT. REPLICA.I know we are just talking about fragrance but this Vanille Insensée was my first love. The first one I purchased after all my VS, Pink, and bath & bodywork perfumes. I wore this all the time and no one ever complained of being overwhelmed with that sickly sweet vanilla scent. Atelier cologne Vanille Insensee is fresh, softly sweet and just absolutely perfect to me.Sooo THANK YOU for taking on this challenge! You’ve done wonderfully and I will be repurchasing because I am now paranoid you’ll stop making it and I’ll be back to making bad batches of vanilla soup.

The scent is nice, but not quite as strong or musky as TF. The dry down scent is a little softer, almost like cotton instead of leather, but the patchouli/cardamom/spiciness is still there. It doesn't last as long as TF, but the longevity is not bad, definitely several hours if not all day (but not several days like TF, lol!). Didn't make my skin break out. If I were reviewing this without bias as a $25 perfume, it would be five stars on its own merits. It's only because it's being compared to something so top of the line that it may fall a little short. Overall, I would recommend it to those wanting an ombre leather vibe without the price tag.

I have no idea if this really smells like Baccarat Rouge 540, but people ask me what I'm wearing all the time. This is a beautiful fragrance for fall and winter. Moody and warm. It wears off reasonably fast, but inexpensive so I'm not worried about needing to re-apply.

It's incredibly strong and lasts. More than the real Tom Ford stuff that I own. Oud Wood is maybe a day at best.. this imitation I only did one wrist and it was permanent.. I tried to get it off cuz the scent was too much..Fairness the real tobacco vanilla changes into a light kinda Montblanc typical nice soft scent.This one is purely the front scent of vanilla and its a little too much.The real problem is kook what happened the moment I sprayed it on my skin.I also tried the top of my hand which was no problem.You do get what you pay for. I am not sure what will it do to my clothes.I don't personally like this scent. Debating to buy a fake oud wood. But I want to feel safe spraying my skin and clothesMixed thoughts 🤔

I have tried the dossier dupe of the BACARAT 540 perfume and I can confirm this scent is more similar to the real thing. It smells so good and last all day long. I have never gotten more compliments on a perfume before!

I ordered this with high hopes. It has a very strong smell that does not smell like the original perfume. It kind of reminds me of bug spray. I cannot wear it.

My son requested the name brand cologne but of course, that's stupid expensive for a 15 year old. So we opted for this. Scent is good but WAY strong. One spritz is even too much. If they could tone down the intense smell, it would be much better.

This perfume is the perfect scene and is very accurate to Baccarat.The big problem is that it is weaker than an EDT.Overall, the scent is amazing and impressive. Just be careful if you're looking for an EDT. It will fall short of that.I hope one day they have an EDP version of this. It really is amazing.
