Not good
I think it might be a problem with device which I received, calling clarity was worst. Unable to connect Android auto.This is device is costly but it is not worth to its price

Great convenience in a vehicle
I have been using this device in my 2023 Volvo SC 60 and it has been a plug and play joy to use. Controls are more intuitive if you're accustomed to the Android world, but it works just great with my iPhone.

2021 f150 platinum Doesn't work
Collaboration is way off, not even close to usable. Doesnt recognize the side panel. It's un usableUpdate::: Customer service was fantastic. Had to do an update, wasn't too hard at all.

Frequent disconnections
The product malfunction within a month. The ai box disconnects frequently. Changed multiple wires but no resolution. The android auto works fine when mobile phone connected directly. The light continuously blinks and the AI box disconnected and connected on every nterval of 10 Seconds. Return windows closed. And now looking for service centre

Pathetic Product
Pathetic product. I connected it to my Honda Odyssey 2018 elite, and the dashbaord just blanks when I select carplay. Support is even worse. The support page has a bug, when I tried to submit my query, it is asking for entering and @ in the order number field ...............The support number is a whatsapp number, which does not take any messages.REally bad product.Update 3/29/2023: Finally got a hold of their email Support. Mind you there is no phone support. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a week now. I get one email response every day. You give them the response on what they want and they take a full 24hr to respond. Asked me to update, reset..nothing worked. The latest email asked me to send them log files from the adaptor. And also this is one of their takes on the response:"And our engineers hope you can provide the software information of your car headunit, our engineers may need to buy a head exactly like yours for debugging."What the ****
