When I ordered this hat I was a bit worried that it might be too small, but it was plenty big enough, and for smaller heads the elasticated drawcord would work fine (it can also be used to tighten hat on head in strong winds!). The chin strap with toggle is useful too, if you want to push it off your head for a bit without losing it. The material is sturdy, but the hat can be easily folded up to fit in a rucksack pocket without losing its shape. I also like the fact that there is space in the crown - i.e. the hat doesn't fit straight down onto the top of the head, which together with the mesh eyelets makes for good ventilation. This is important for me, as my main use for the hat is hikling in the south of Spain, where it can get pretty hot in summer, or even at other times of the year. Altogether an excellent product at a very reasonable price.

No issues with the hat or price . The hat arrived as described 'Olive Green' but nothing like the colour of the hat in the image , as the colour was a significant factor on choosing this particular I am left quite disappointed. The image shows the 'Olive Green' hat looking very brown, the hat is classic drab military olive green.

This looks a bit large but it does adjust OK to different head sizes. The sides of the brim can fasten to the crown of the hat using popper studs. This makes the hat look better. But the hat was bought as sun protection not high fashion.

If you require a hat more than 58cm, this will NOT fit you. It would be nice if they listed the actual max size, rather than this "one size fits all" nonsense. A slight con there, perhaps. Other than it is well made if not very stylish. But the latter should be clear from the picture.

This product was slightly large, but it has adjustable inner rim, which when adjusted left it with a floppy appearance. Also there were no press studs on the rim as shown in picture.

I bought this for working in the garden in summer. It fits OK, if not slightly on the large side. Looks quite well made also and decent price.

This hat is good and I am sure it will be as expected.

I've never managed to find a hat that looks even "just ok" on me, let alone good. I'm not about to say this one does but it gets a 5 star rating as it does what I need it to do and comfortably i.e. keeping the sun off my skin now that certain medication I take following a lung transplant makes me 50% more likely to get skin cancer if I'm not careful.
