Product great. Had issue after purchase that was resolved fast and to my satisfaction. Note... battery last 3-5hrs. 3hrs if used intermittently 5 if used continually. Also you get about 5 warning if battery is low then it switches off. From warning 1 to 5 takes about 2-3 then off they go...

Theses are my 3rd Bluetooth ear phones . 1st pair left at the gym. 2nd packed up in 8 weeks .But so far theses wow . Quality is excellent .No foreign voice prompts .noise is HD id say. Bass is awesome theses are the 1st pair I can't hear the treadmill motor going and that's not at full volume . Would of gladly paid £50 . At last to me I've found my perfect gym companion .now let the playlists roll. Update 3 months and now unable to connect to anything ? Not sure why but when I long press the power button the voice says power on then nothing?

Lowest sound setting with iPhone was higher than wanted to use at work blocking out noisy office. Otherwise works perfectly.
