This mattress is firm and supportive but not too hard. Having it delivered to my doorstep in time for the holidays was a plus. As far as the question of relieving pain, I don't have any and it hasnt caused any. It's a comfortable mattress-definitely worth the price.

I ordered this mattress for our camper to have a more comfortable experience while traveling. Once I put the mattress in it took a couple of days to fully inflate from the air tight package but was immediately very comfortable! We recently took our youngest on a trip for her birthday before Christmas and the mattress was wonderful!! I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good mattress at a reasonable price! Definitely would buy again!!

The mattress arrived in excellent condition and I unboxed it the next day. I got the full size and it's kinda heavy, about 50 pounds I think, but it wasn't that hard to get out of the box or get on the bed frame. The little letter opener type tool is a joke. I used my scissors, just be careful not to cut your mattress. There's 2 layers of plastic, one keeps it rolled and the other keeps it sealed. Once on the frame and the plastic removed it started to expand right away but it only got to 8 inches. I let it sit for the recommended 3 days but it never got to 10 as in their description, the reason for the 4 stars. As with any new mattress it may take first few nights to get used to, my back hurt a little at first. The mattress is bouncy so no motion isolation like the ad says, and the edges are a little flimsey, it almost feels like I'm sliding off when I go to get up, but it's comfy and I sleep well. They offer a 100 night trial and I would send it back and get a true memory foam but how the heck would I get it back in the box. If you don't like bouncy, don't get this mattress but it IS soft and comfy.

We bought two of these for our guest rooms. Very affordable and nice and comfy. No smell, easy set up and quick to inflate.

Have had for a week. It is incredibly comfortable, good quality. Sleeps like an expensive mattress at a great price. Would highly recommend

I read many reviews before purchasing a new mattress for our guest bedroom. Though this had many good reviews, I noticed that some purchasers complained about the lack of support on the mattress edges. Unfortunately most of these did not mention what thickness mattress they purchased, which didn’t help me much. I also noticed some complained about sagging shortly after purchasing. They also did not mention what size bed they had purchased 8 inch 10“ 12 inch?For those reasons while initially planning on a 10 inch thick mattress, I went with a 12 inch hoping to avoid some of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The mattress arrived early and it was my first delivery by actual Amazon representatives, who, by the way were phenomenal. Place the mattress on the new bed frame and opened it up. There were no strange odors, and the bed immediately went to the full 12 inches. I didn’t measure it, but there were no wrinkles or sags. It seemed to fully expand immediately. I let the bed rest until the next day. I tried out all the edges and they were fine. I could easily sit on the edges without any issues. I laid on the bed, and it was very comfortable, rolled over to the edge, still perfectly comfortable. I initially thought the bed might be too soft but it’s not. I don’t know how to explain it, but it is very comfortable. I’m positively thrilled with the purchase at the moment. Especially since I got it at the special pricing. In the future, if any issues arise, or update my review but currently I’m very thrilled. Again I purchased the 12 inch mattress in the queen size. I’m not sure about others who may have purchased 8 inch or 10 inch mattresses or smaller sizes such as double or twin.Very happy with the item especially with the pricing (sale). This is being used in a guest room so I do expect it to be used for quite a while before there might be any issues and at the price I paid for it. It doesn’t hurt so much if you have to replace it later.

We went from a spring mattress to this one and the difference is incredible. No squeaking springs, no hardness. This mattress is soft but firm enough so you don’t sink in! We love it. We put a mattress protector over it so we can make this bed last a long time!
