Good but needs a bit if help
I have been using this tape to tape my feet - the slight stretch/give that it offers is critical for my application. In this aspect the tape is excellent. However for it to stick on for several days, and survive warm/moist feet and the taking on and off of socks, it needs a bit of help. My physio advised using the "dab on" protective film or barrier sprays used for people with colostomy or ileostomy bags. These products, when applied to the skin both protect the skin and massively improve the adhesion of the tape. A range of these protective/barrier products are made by Coloplast.
