Picture Rail Hooks Chrome x 10

I was sceptical about these holding my very large mirror up but decent chain and they are fab. Pack of 10 wasn’t ideal but overall the value for money was great!

These hooks are brilliant value for money! I paid this for a pack of 2 brass hooks!! These are no different to my more expensive ones, prefer the silver finish, they fit my picture rail perfectly and are really strong. I am using them to hold shoe storage hangers for my craft and sewing stuff, one of the hangers has 24 pockets rammed with 200ml tubes of paint, 3 or 4 in each pocket so it's heavy but there is no problem, these hooks cope easily.

Item arrived promptly but has a very deep catcher for the rail so it sticks out more than id like, picture attached, also had to bend the hook more to make it secure.Will likely buy another set elsewhere to replace these.

Working well so far! Both my large canvas and semi heavy mirror are hung perfectly on the picture rail, no wobbles yet.Also, fast delivery and nice for them to have a silver/chrome option because so many shops only have gold or crap plastic!Get so many for the money, and they seem quite strong! Can't see why anyone would give them a low rating, unless they've put up something ridiculously heavy with rubbish string or wire. I have used two strong bits of string for the mirror to ensure a good wait balance.

Did the job

This is an excellent product. I was amazed at the strength of these hooks. I ordered twice as many as needed. However, I will keep them in reserve as I prefer the steel rod and hook, hanging system. Where the rod is hooked over a pelmet and the hook can be easily be moved up and the rod to the right level. Of course, my preferred method is a hammer and nail!!
