Bought as an Xmas gift and my young grandchildren love it. Plenty of giggles and fun

I bought two of these for my grandchildren. Set them up today one works the other one won’t spray any water. Have contacted suppliers. One happy and one unhappy grandchild. I would now like to add excellent customer service. I emailed on Xmas day they replied on Boxing Day and a new one arrived in post on 28th.

First one ordered november, found to be not working. Even though policy was 30 days Emma in CS was very understanding and replaced no fuss.Very happy Grandson, = very happy Nana. Thank you.:-)

Arrived on time but it doesn't work. We will have another go at trying to make it work but disappointing as my grandson wanted to play with it straight away! I had thought I had bought it elsewhere so will buy another one from another shop as I don't have the packaging etc to return it.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. It is not a Hasbro toy, it is a fake and never worked. I am in the process of sending it back which is a real pain. I do not want a replacement I want my money back
