Great product for the price
As I was un-boxing it, my husband asked if I was sure it would fit on our toilet...Thank goodness it did. I hadn't thought to measure it. It does fit a standard toilet, but we lift the seat up and place it directly on the bowl. We do have a rug that is in front of the toilet and the feet rest nicely on that. If we didn't have the small rug, then it may not reach the floor (1/4") difference. Our little guy is able to sit on it & hold on to the handles. This shouldn't need to be said, but it wouldn't be good to just let them be unattended, until they can reach the step on the front. The ONLY thing I didn't like about putting it together is that the instructions were very small and were only a picture. Took a couple of times to really figure out how it was supposed to go. Once I put it together a few times, the wrong way, it made more sense. A bigger picture or words for instructions would make it definitely easier and quicker to put together. I would say it took 5-10 minutes with getting all the pieces out and together. It was delivered quickly and we are happy with it. We just started potty training and have only used the adaptive piece to have it on the toilet. it will be nice to try it as a short mini potty that is set on the ground and also the toilet seat piece by itself as well.

Doesn't fit toilets with seat roughly 18 inchs from the ground, so measure before ordering. The ladder is not adjustable.
I really wanted this product to work for us but sadly it didn't fit our toilet. Apparently we have a high toilet because when I placed it on the seat, the ladder was about 1 inch off the ground, wasn't stable at all. Its a great idea and I ordered this one because I really didn't want another child object/ toy in my house that was 5 hideous colors, they really need to stop doing that, basic colors are fine. The only other dilemma I had with this is the quality felt a bit cheap. When I was putting it together, I appreciated that there where so screws or metal, in place was a plastic "screw" system but it did make it feel like it wouldn't hold together for very long and that the plastic felt like it might break pretty easily.I can't say much else as I had to return it before every using it because it didn't fit our toilet.

We finally got our son to pee in the potty ☺️
So I Normally don't write a review few days after I get the product I give it a few weeks to see if I really like it .With This potty training seat I was ready to write the review within few hoursIt's the 3rd potty we got for our son 2.7 yrs we tried few different once from a fancy 50$ one to an inexpensive one it never really clicked with him,I ordered it Tuesday and got in Wednesday eveningAfter picking my son from day care we opened the box and with his help we put it together, he was so Ext he couldn't wait to try it , he wanted me to give him a snack so I told him that if he pees in the potty I will give him a gummy bears and to my surprise he did and he really peed in it , a few min later he was going on his own, yesterday he peed twice and today the daycare teacher told me he actually went on the potty at schoolI am so happy and excited that he enjoys sitting on it and really using it ❤️Great product , good quality and easy to assemble

Love it, but also problematic!
This is really cute. I bought it because I love how the seat folds down for easier storage in between uses. However, the since the seat moves up and down the two plastic screws on the side come loose all the time, and even had one pop off when my son was on the potty, so it fell in the toilet. That was super gross! I like it, but I definitely keep the star shaped screw thing by the toilet at all times, so I can tighten the screws regularly. Otherwise it will come completely apart. The step part is really sturdy though, so it's only because the seat moves up and down that it loosens. The seat should come with a different type of screw that can handle movement.

Excellent Customer Service
6/1/18 Update: Customer Service has reached out to me and they are standing behind their product. A+ I feel better now that they have contacted me.This is the first seat we have ever bought and to me it seems a bit flimsy. Some of the plastic parts seem too thin for example the brace across the bottom legs. Others stated that this is a sturdier item than most but due to lack of experience I would say have to disagree. The seat does not clip into the upper arms and pressure could cause movement of the whole unit off the toilet. That is my first impression, if anything changes over the next week or so I update this post. As of right now buyer beware.

Works...when it isn’t falling apart
When the product first came it was awesome. Easy to use and the kids didn’t feel scared climbing up there and I do their business. The downfall of this product is it’s made completely of plastic which unfortunately did not survive the onslaught of our 4 and 2 year olds. If there was some way to improve that aspect it’d be a 5 star product because when it’s together properly, it works well.

Guess who’s going pottty!!! MY BIG BOY IS! : )
The media could not be loaded. We JUST got this potty and put it together and my son LOVES IT! We have two others so I’m not sure if it’s because he helped me put it together (which he loved) or because of the potty book for boys that I bought with it, because it’s new or just because of the color the color, but he sat right down on it after taking his diaper off and wouldn’t get off until he peed!!! HAPPY MAMA! PROUD MAMA!! My son is 21 months old and I’ll be home for a week straight for thanksgiving, we’re going for the gusto!Assembly was easy, and the potty is super cute! The instructions suck, but it’s still easy to figure out.My only bad feedback is that it doesn’t seem even/flat but otherwise is an amazing steal for the price!

I wanted to like it, but unfortunately
I wanted to like it, but unfortunately, when assembled and used on top of a regular potty as instructed, the back part of the handles doesn't attach to anything so when my son holds onto it, one of the sides always wobbles (the other side is usually just seated on top of the adult toilet seat. Also, if you screw in the screws for the bottom half of the step stool, it makes it too tall for the adult toilet seat.
