I’m writing this review in hopes that it will help other post menopausal women who struggle with hot flashes. I’ve been using bio identical estrogen and progesterone for over a decade but my doctor has been slowly reducing the dosage because he wants me off it by age 60. After the latest dose reduction hot flashes came back, sleep disrupted, etc. This product took care of that in less than 48 hours. One capsule a day was starting to give me sore and tender breasts so I cut back to once every other day and still no hot flashes. It gives me peace of mind that there is something I can fall back on after stopping the estrogen patch and progesterone.

My wife has tried nearly everything. Organic, non-organic (for years) and even traditional estrogen medications which we eschew as we do not like pharmaceuticals solutions if at all possible to our health issues, but so far I hadn’t been able to find her any relief.
