As I approach old age my hair needs a lot more TLC. Sheesh…my whole BODY needs it! Anyway I still bleach and tone my hair, and I think the only reason I can is because I use this conditioner every time I shampoo my hair. I do have short hair which also helps (a cute pixie cut that’s kinda long on the sides and cropped close on the sides and back) keep my hair in good shape. I also need to keep my scalp in good shape too, and my scalp just LOVES getting this stuff massaged onto it! After a good rinse, my preferred heat protectant (I use oloplex 9) my hair feels soft, strong, is shiny and the style lasts for a good 3 days with just a brush through!
