Love this heater works a treat in our bathroom, clears condensation away fast, be careful if you use the remote not to drop it in water, obvious I know but easily done, you can operate this unit without the RC..EXCELLENT ITEM.

Didn't install it straight away as the shower room was still being built.Very nice looking unit and installed reasonably OK. No instructions in English, but a thermostatic heater shouldn't be too difficult to operate, should it?Seemed fine at first, but we then realised that even if say 27 or 28 degrees are set, when having a shower, the heater carries on heating upto 37, 38, 39 degrees (on the 'single heat' setting). However if left on after we've finished showering, it eventually settles down to the selected heat (+/- a degree). Also, and more worryingly, it consistently blows the fuse when 'double heat' is selected - so we haven't been using that option at all, which isn't needed at this time of year anyway.I've just had an electrical company in to do some work and their opinion is that it's faulty and should be returned.Unfortunately, because it was stored for a few weeks beofre fitting, the 'return' period expired. However, I'm going to see if I can raise a complaint through Amazon and get my money back.Good looking, but unfortunately NOT recommended

Looked good but it arrived broken, the drum fan looked like it was moving around inside the casing and a screw fell out.Product was in original box but packed in a much larger one without much packing to stop it moving around.I did not reorder because none of fitting and operating instructions were in English.
