Pretty good one for this budget
I had used it for 7months and still no issues. You should stick it using some type of glue as it would not stick with double side tape. As Im a content creator this helps me a lot that in my room it reduces a lot of echo. And also some background noise. For this budget definitely you can go for it.

I have used it on my wall but it doesn't reduce the noise if the noise coming from outside or going outside.
