Small
It's small and good for micro bore central heating.

Makes the job a heck of a lot quicker
I didn't think I'd need one of these for 8mm pipe, because there's not much of it to saw through is there? well... true, but I find the walls are quite thin so the saw gets stuck, and if you are trying to cut it in an inaccessible place then it's just a faff I can be doing without. This gizmo just makes it a snap.

Distorts pipe badly.
As other comments have said this tool is far too aggressive. Turn it in the direction of the arrows and it cuts in half a turn but totally destroys the end of the pipe. Turn it in the opposite direction of the arrows and you are turning it forever but it cuts slightly better but no where near acceptable. To be honest you will get a 10 times better cut with a junior hacksaw than use this tool. Amazon refunded straight away so I went and purchased a Magnussen 3-28mm cutter for half the price. It's excellent on 8mm pipe.

Excellent
Like the first time you used that 15mm slice. Not as frequently used but so handy to have. Feels solid

Poor for 8mm pipe
This is far too aggressive for 8mm microbore. It cuts the pipe ok but leaves the end heavily distorted and useless for water/gas applications. Get an adjustable cutter instead.

Not a clean cut
The tool is well made and feels nice but it cuts too aggressively and ovalises the pipe and creates a large tail to file or cut off.
