This was great to make my cheesecake in. The sides are high and when you are ready to serve, the bottom works as a nice place to leave your cheesecake. well made and a good price

Look for the name brand pans, these cost close to the same. But the first time I used them (purchased 2) one hinge fell apart. I put it back together and used it, I am disappointed as I have other springform pans that I have used 10 plus years without problems.
