I have LOVED these sunflower seeds for years. I have placed SEVERAL orders over the years. However, an order arrived several days ago and every bag had an oily substance covering the sunflower seeds. I immediately reported the condition. I was instructed not to return the product and that a replacement would be delivered in 3 days.A replacement arrived in 2 days with the exact same oily sunflower seeds. I had a clue the product might be damaged because there is a oil stain on the delivery box.When I requested replacement, instructions indicated NO REPLACED on this product. So I have wasted $34.00, my favorite snack is not available and no customer service to help.

Thank you for the extra bag. I received 13 bags for my 12-bag order. The photo shows 2 what felt like rocks when I bit into them, but look like dried nuts. Also the bag they were in smells off, not quite rancid, but a slight chemical smell. The numbers after the expiration date of 11/20/21 are J 19:24. I love your product and want you to know about the first disappointing bag I have received. I won’t return your product and trust that the other bags will be as good as usual!

I ordered these twice and it will be the last time. To be clear, it's a great product, but don't order bulk through Amazon. In the last order of 12, I had 2 bags that were inedible - horribly stale. The expiration dates were fine, but the product itself was not. While it may be more economical to order through Amazon, I'm returning to just grabbing them at my local grocery store because when they are stale I can return them. I've noticed others here have had the same problem with this - either the product being stale or the bags out of date.

I eat a LOT of sunflower kernals, and I really like this brand. The first time I ordered I was thrilled with the product - 12 8oz bags of delicious kernals. The 2nd time I ordered, however, was way different. NONE of the bags sealed - like, the ziploc type seal didn't match up and wouldn't seal at all. I was ok with that, because I could use clips, no big deal. What hurt was that 4 of the 12 bags I received were rancid & disgusting. The second I opened these bags I knew (if you eat a lot of kernals, you know what I'm talking about) I got that whiff of funk that made me gag. I had to throw away 4 bags, 2 whole lbs of kernals. Very disappointing!! Almost half of my order was inedible and I was so sad 😞 Good Sense, can you make this right?

The use by date was only two months from my purchase date. One package out of twelve was too rancid to eat. The other eleven were good though. The seal on the individual packages is a bit too tough. You can easily break a thumbnail trying to open it again. I like the salted kind better. I tried adding salt to these, but it just sank to the bottom of the bag.$19.05 is a good price, though.

These are absolutely delicious. I was a little concerned about freshness considering I’ve gotten stale ones even at my local grocery. Sunflower seems to go stale quickly? But no problem, these were as fresh and delicious as I could hope for.I have only one problem… they are mysteriously disappearing rapidly, and no one in the family will admit to swiping my sunflower seeds. But yummmm!

The first time I ordered these, I was happy. 1 bag was stale, but the rest were great. (During covid our local store has no sunflower kernels.) But my second order is bad. All bags are stale; unedible. I'm a vegetarian and love sunflowers in my salad for my protein. Big disappointment!

I’ve tried several brands as sunflower seeds are a thing for me and my family, due to their good taste and excellent health benefits. These are the best.It must be the super rich soil found in Minnesota that was deposited by ice age.I’m hooked!
